Red Velvet’s Wendy has been tested positive for COVID-19
SM Entertainment approved the reports on April 2 that Red Velvet member Wendy has confirmed positive for COVID-19.
In a press release released today, SM Entertainment relayed:
“Wendy is positive for COVID-19 today on April 2. Wendy has taken the third dose of COVID-19 vaccine, is not showing any unusual symptoms. She has suspended all her activities for a short period and is now in quarantine. In the meantime, Wendy’s scheduled schedules, which include her radio broadcasts and fan-sign events have been postponed or been cancelled.”
Wendy is now the final participant of Red Velvet to contract COVID-19 following the discovery that the members Irene, Joy, and Yeri have tested negative for the disease in March. Seulgi confirmed positively for COVID-19 earlier in the month on the 30th of March.
